He is a Certified Master Chef and Founder & Team Manager of the
Culinary Team 'Lets Go Magic’…Germany
He is a WACS Approved Judge and WACS Global MasterChef.
He was the Team Manager of the German National Culinary Team
1992-2004 – Winner "Battle of the Lion" Singapore 1994
Karl-Heinz is a member of Academy Gastronomic Germany, an Honorary
Member of the American Academy of Chefs for Outstanding Culinary
Achievement and Service to the Profession and Honorary Member of the
Emirates Culinary Guild / Dubai. He received the German Chef
Association-Culinary Medal for high Performance to the Profession.
Karl-Heinz was a Board Member of the German Chef Association-Verband
der Köche Deutschland’s e.V. between 2000-2004
He has a Master Degree of Culinary Education from the Institute of
