Markus has over 30 years of experience in five- star hotels, 10 of them as an Executive Chef in hotels around the world including Switzerland, Hong Kong, The Philippines, Malaysia and Australia. The last several years of his career steered him to the educational field where he was a Culinary Instructor in Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Bluche, Switzerland. In 2008 he earned a Masterchef degree from Switzerland. After being the Culinary Program Manager at RACA for 6 years, Chef Markus has led the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Amman, as Campus director until 2016. He is presently the Dean of The Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia.
