Mohsen has been in the Housekeeping field since 1989. He worked for the Amra, San Rock International, Hyatt Amman Suits and the Courtoba Palace Hotels. He is presently the Executive Housekeeper at the Century Park Hotel.

Mohsen is also a Housekeeping trainer at the Ammon Applied University College (AAUC), the Jordan Hotel School and Syaha2 Program of USAID.

He acts as a Field consultant and Jury Member in Jordanian courts.
