Rania graduated from Jordan University in English Literature, then went on to found Rimal Models Inc, a company that organized fashion shows, casting, talents, props, and locations for ads and movies. In the years 2000 and 2002 Rania produced and presented a lifestyle show on Jordan Television.

The culmination of all Rania's past experiences gave her the opportunity to become the editor in chief of three successful magazines in Jordan: Layali Amman, a social-life magazine, VIVMAG, a lifestyle magazine and Trendesign, an architecture, design and décor magazine.

Her objective in life is to shed light on the plethora of talent in the Jordanian arts and music industry and encourage the most gifted to excel in what they do and compete regionally and globally. Rania's aspiration in life is to become a good role model for her three beautiful children.
